Salary: $160,000–$210,000 base

What you will do

• Lead research production, overseeing 4 to 8 major industry studies per year across multiple verticals.
• Develop and manage the commercial AI service offering, including pricing, packaging, and client deliverables.
• Drive new business growth by leading pitches and client presentations on AI capabilities.
• Represent the agency as an AI and content thought leader through keynotes, panels, and podcasts.
• Collaborate with practice area leads to integrate AI services into existing client workflows.
• Partner with the Director of AI Visibility to optimize research structure for maximum LLM citation.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in content, research, strategy, or agency roles.
• Proven track record of personally producing and shipping published research studies.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling headlines for journalists.
• AI fluency, specifically in LLM retrieval, RAG, and content-to-citation workflows.
• Experience as a client-facing closer comfortable winning business in pitch rooms.
• Must be based in the United States.
