Salary: CAD 60,000 - 75,000 yearly

What you will do
- Provide L1 and L2 AV incident resolution and perform hardware diagnostics for defective equipment.
- Deliver white-glove, in-person support for meeting rooms and a small user base.
- Conduct routine inspections of meeting rooms and manage onsite service inventory.
- Document all service incidents and communications in designated management tools.
- Perform onsite task requirements and assist with staging and installations when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise and complete certifications for new AV technologies.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in AV installation and support with the ability to read design drawings.
- Knowledge of Crestron DM/NVX, Biamp Tesira, QSC, and Cisco codecs.
- Proficiency with MS Teams, Zoom, and Office 365 environments.
- General networking knowledge, including TCP/IP and switch configurations.
- Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid G license.
- Physical capability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and work on ladders.
- Willingness and ability to obtain required security clearances.
