What you will do

• Perform simulations for signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis.
• Conduct hands-on high-speed signal validation and component characterization, including de-embedding and material analysis.
• Collaborate with hardware design, silicon, and layout teams to optimize designs based on simulation and measurement data.
• Model and characterize power delivery networks (PDN) for die, package, board, and voltage regulators.
• Provide technical guidelines for mitigating crosstalk, return loss, jitter, EMI, and power supply noise.
• Review PCB stackup and layer assignments for high-speed interfaces and PDN.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 6+ years of experience, or a Master's/Ph.D. with 3+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience with HFSS simulations for high-speed interfaces (e.g., SerDes, PCIe).
• 5+ years of experience with DC IR drop and PDN analysis using Cadence Sigrity and PowerDC.
• 5+ years of experience with layout tools such as Allegro for design extraction.
• Strong expertise in high-speed RF design, photonics, and optoelectronics.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
