What you will do
- Develop deep understanding of customer objectives, use cases, and technical environments
- Lead onboarding and implementation for smooth time-to-value
- Drive adoption, engagement, and value realization throughout the customer lifecycle
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Support teams
- Serve as primary technical contact post-sale and translate feedback into internal insights
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders while balancing customer and product needs
Requirements
- Deep technical aptitude combined with strong customer focus
- Expertise in post-sales experience, including onboarding, implementation, and optimization
- Ability to act as trusted advisor at intersection of technical implementation and product strategy
- Must be onsite in San Francisco, CA
