What you will do

• Own Salesforce business operations, ensuring alignment between systems, processes, and strategy.
• Improve workflows, automation (heavy focus on Salesforce Flows), and reporting for revenue growth and efficiency.
• Build dashboards and KPIs for leadership data-driven decisions.
• Lead customer community on Salesforce Experience Cloud, streamlining case management, documentation, and forums.
• Create sales enablement materials like battlecards and ROI tools for Salesforce AEs and partners.
• Attend Salesforce and partner events across the EU to build connections and raise awareness.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience in administration, automation (Flows), and reporting.
• Experience leading or managing customer communities for engaging self-service experiences.
• Thrive in cross-functional environment, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product.
• Analytical, proactive problem-solver comfortable with technical depth and customer-facing scenarios.
• Able to lead projects end-to-end independently in a distributed team.
• Comfortable traveling up to 15% of the time, mostly within the EU.
