What you will do

• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and QA teams to define and refine requirements aligning business objectives with delivery.
• Lead discovery and requirements gathering for complex digital initiatives, clarifying scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Translate business needs into functional, technical, and non-functional requirements, creating artifacts like BRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Own Jira backlogs, contribute to prioritization, and collaborate on sprint/release planning and estimation.
• Identify risks and gaps, support demos/UAT, and communicate priorities to build trust and alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years as Business Analyst delivering complex digital initiatives
• Experience in agency/consulting supporting enterprise delivery
• Expertise in requirements gathering/documentation, especially accessibility, integrations, localization, end-to-end flows
• Hands-on with enterprise platforms, CMS, integrated ecosystems; Agile/Scrum/SDLC
• Advanced proficiency in Jira/Confluence; stakeholder management and facilitation
• Advanced English fluency; comfort with global distributed teams across time zones
• Degree in Engineering requires professional license (check copnia.gov.co)
