What you will do

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and senior BAs.
  • Create detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria to guide development.
  • Coordinate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
  • Participate in backlog refinement, requirements clarification, and technical discussions.
  • Maintain and update system documentation based on feedback and evolving needs.
  • Follow and help improve established internal business analysis processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development.
  • Solid understanding of BA fundamentals, including requirements elicitation and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Proven ability to write clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • English: Intermediate+ level required

Nice to have

  • Exposure to POS (Point-of-Sale) systems.
  • Experience with payment and loyalty systems.
  • Knowledge of system integrations across multiple components.
