Contract Technical Business Analyst

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with program and operations stakeholders to uncover goals, constraints, and decision logic.
• Translate needs into requirements artifacts: epics, user stories with acceptance criteria, process maps, workflows, data requirements, and integrations.
• Facilitate reviews, act as gatekeeper for work requests, support prioritization, and collaborate with PMs, admins, and devs.
• Maintain traceability, support UAT by defining test scenarios, triage defects, and update documentation.
• Reinforce SDLC standards and ensure high-quality documentation in Confluence.

Requirements

• 7+ years as Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst in SDLC environments
• Excellence in stakeholder interviewing and writing clear, testable user stories and functional requirements
• Strong process mapping and translation to system behavior
• Salesforce experience (Sales/Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), including objects, data, and automation
• Collaboration with Salesforce admins/developers/vendors
• Proficiency with Jira and documentation tools like Confluence
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent

Nice to have

• Experience in UAT/test planning and converting requirements to test scenarios
• Rules-driven environments with edge cases and auditability
• BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA)
