What you will do

• Create presentations and reports with recommendations for short- and long-term improvements based on analysis findings
• Review operational information through management interviews
• Facilitate client workshops and interviews to define and document requirements
• Write user stories and use cases from gathered requirements
• Analyze client financial and operational data
• Perform business process modeling for software implementations
• Work on policy admin system implementation projects

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of business analysis experience, including implementation projects, system transitions, or new builds
• Strong experience with BA frameworks, process mapping, and requirements documentation
• Experience meeting stakeholders to define requirements and current/future state processes
• Strong communication, active listening, interpersonal skills, and client service focus
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and manage time
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and client-facing experience

Nice to have

• Insurance industry experience (commercial or personal)
• Experience coordinating UAT, system testing, go-live, and change management
• Writing user stories and acceptance criteria (Gherkin)
• Familiarity with SQL, integrations/APIs, Six Sigma, JIRA, Visio
