What you will do

  • Build and expand sales pipelines to exceed multi-million-dollar quotas within first 12 months.
  • Lead strategic calls, client engagements, and events to position hirify.global as thought leader.
  • Collaborate with marketing, client success, and product teams to develop winning sales strategies and materials.
  • Cultivate relationships with hospital CFOs, VPs, and executives to qualify prospects and build trust.
  • Partner with implementation teams for seamless client onboarding and delivery.
  • Represent company at conferences, conduct QBRs, and drive expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven direct sales success in healthcare, engaging hospital CFOs and VPs of Revenue Cycle
  • Deep expertise in revenue cycle: reimbursement, denials, complex claims (Workers’ Comp, VA, Medicaid, etc.)
  • Comfort with virtual platforms and Salesforce CRM
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence to influence C-level leaders
  • Self-starter with high energy, disciplined sales approach, and quota-exceeding track record
  • Ability to travel as needed
