What you will do
- Lead end-to-end sales from prospecting to close, implementation, and pull-through.
- Develop and refine sales methodologies and product positioning with cross-functional teams.
- Build and manage sales pipeline involving multiple stakeholders and economic buyers at health plans.
- Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, C-suite relationships, and cross-functional buying committees.
- Create RFP-like structures in unstructured environments to guide toward strategic partnerships.
- Sell enterprise subscription solutions to commercial payers across departments.
Requirements
- 10+ years as enterprise sales executive with track record in platform/subscription deals to National/Regional Health Plans or Blues.
- Disciplined thinker with passion for learning, innovative solutions, and data-driven pipeline management.
- Experience in rapid growth environments, entrepreneurial spirit, and scaling businesses.
- Confident self-starter with urgency, ability to set direction, take feedback, and drive revenue.
- Comfortable working remotely while staying connected to HQ functions.
