What you will do

• Manage full lifecycle of high-risk, complex AV projects including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
• Define project scope, secure resources, develop schedules, and handle changes to scope, time, cost, or quality.
• Create and manage project documents like plans, scopes, and charters adhering to company standards.
• Control project risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and communicate status to teams, leaders, and clients.
• Manage client expectations, project financials, and conduct post-project retrospectives and service handoffs.

Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English.
• Post-secondary diploma or 5+ years equivalent experience.
• Strong project management methodologies, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent MS Office suite knowledge including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• 3+ years managing all phases of complex technology projects, preferably in Audiovisual, Unified Communications, or IT.
• Ability to assess risks, make decisions in fast-paced environment, and work with cross-functional teams.
