What you will do
- Serve as primary relationship manager and commercial lead for enterprise strategic partnerships, acting as single-threaded owner for success.
- Build trusted executive-level relationships across scientific, clinical, operational, and commercial functions.
- Lead post-contract planning including governance, operating cadences, success metrics, and communication frameworks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for seamless execution, issue resolution, and scope expansion opportunities.
- Translate scientific capabilities into strategic value for partners' clinical programs and provide insights on study design and data strategy.
- Own account forecasting, revenue planning, roadmaps, risk surfacing, and partnership health reporting to leadership.
Requirements
- 6+ years in consulting, alliance management, or strategic partnerships in biopharmaceutical industry
- Proven experience leading complex client engagements with C-suite visibility in biopharma, biotech, or medtech
- Strong understanding of pharma including clinical development, trials, commercial strategy, and real-world data
- Exceptional communication of complex scientific concepts to executives
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, Master’s in neuroscience/bme or MBA) preferred
- Willingness to travel quarterly for engagements
- Experience with CRM, legal/finance on contracts, and operating autonomously in startups
