TL;DR

Business Development Manager (Neurotech): Identifying and building revenue-generating partnerships with large pharma, biotech, and medical technology customers with an accent on clinical development for neurological, psychiatric, and sleep disorders. Location: Remote (USA). Strong preference for candidates based in Boston, New York, or Philadelphia.

What you will do

  • Develop strategic relationships with biopharma companies, CROs, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Articulate the scientific and clinical value of EEG technology, focusing on psychiatry, neurology, and sleep-related disorders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Neuroscience, Data Science, and Clinical Operations, to support partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver scientific content, white papers, and presentations for PhD-level scientists and executives.
  • Analyze industry and business intelligence data to provide actionable insights for growth.
  • Support complex negotiations to maximize value for both the company and its partners.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or Master’s) in neuroscience, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical consulting, R&D, or CROs.
  • Experience in business development and sales within neurotech, clinical strategy, or clinical operations.
  • Deep understanding of clinical trials and the biopharma landscape.
  • Strong ability to translate scientific and technical content into actionable business insights.
  • Strongly preferred to be based in Boston, New York, or Philadelphia.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
