What you will do
- Develop strategic relationships with biopharma companies, CROs, and key industry stakeholders.
- Articulate the scientific and clinical value of EEG technology, focusing on psychiatry, neurology, and sleep-related disorders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Neuroscience, Data Science, and Clinical Operations, to support partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver scientific content, white papers, and presentations for PhD-level scientists and executives.
- Analyze industry and business intelligence data to provide actionable insights for growth.
- Support complex negotiations to maximize value for both the company and its partners.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or Master’s) in neuroscience, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical consulting, R&D, or CROs.
- Experience in business development and sales within neurotech, clinical strategy, or clinical operations.
- Deep understanding of clinical trials and the biopharma landscape.
- Strong ability to translate scientific and technical content into actionable business insights.
- Strongly preferred to be based in Boston, New York, or Philadelphia.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
