What you will do

• Lead broadcast and P2P texting programs for assigned clients, including Members of Congress and federal candidates.
• Draft high-conversion fundraising copy and develop comprehensive content calendars.
• Execute rapid response campaigns independently from ideation through production and delivery.
• Build and pitch multi-layered media plans for acquisition spanning P2P, rentals, and appends.
• Analyze performance metrics to synthesize client reports and optimize fundraising strategy.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee interns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in texting, digital fundraising, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of P2P and/or broadcast texting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to various client voices.
• Demonstrated commitment to and knowledge of progressive politics.
• Ability to manage high-level client relationships independently.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ActBlue and other CRMs (ActionKit, Action Network, NGP).
• Proficiency in Switchboard or other texting platforms (Scale to Win, Tatango, Amplify).
• Experience with AirTable, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.
