What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for assigned client accounts.
• Manage the end-to-end email production process from ideation and design handoff to deployment.
• Develop and implement account strategies including segmentation, list growth, and A/B testing.
• Create and manage logic for email and SMS campaigns and automation flows.
• Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting with actionable analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative teams to identify trends and recommend innovative messaging strategies.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in email marketing.
• At least one year of experience managing Email + SMS account strategy.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, or Attentive.
• Experience with email and SMS list segmentation.
• Proven track record in client relationship management.
• Ability to work standard business hours in ET, CT, MT, or PT time zones.
