Salary: $71,500 - $82,500

What you will do
- Execute member marketing strategies for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
- Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, including briefing, test plans, launching, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure accurate and on-time completion.
- Create and adapt custom marketing assets for high-priority accounts.
- Support customer launches and ensure smooth go-to-market execution.
- Track and report on campaign performance to surface key insights and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Must be based in New York to work in a hybrid model (3 days/week in office).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive "roll up your sleeves" mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and incorporate feedback.
Nice to have
- Experience with Iterable or other email CRM tools.
- Experience working with B2B2C customers.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Smartsheets, or Marq.
