What you will do

• Design innovative digital fundraising, advocacy, and communications campaigns.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across email, web, social media, and search.
• Assess client KPIs and ensure maximum ROI of digital initiatives.
• Advise clients on industry best practices, revenue forecasting, and budgeting.
• Manage the full client lifecycle, including strategic planning, reporting, and invoicing.
• Support business development and participate in new business pitches.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of agency or nonprofit experience in digital communications and fundraising.
• Proven experience in client management and leading cross-functional project teams.
• Proficiency with eCRM platforms such as Salesforce, NGP, EveryAction, or Convio Luminate.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
