What you will do
- Provide friendly technical support for submitted tickets and walk-up requests as the first point of contact.
- Assist employees with IT-related tasks and collaborate with other teams to meet their needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.
Requirements
- IT degree or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking.
- Experience with AI-powered tools for productivity, analysis, and decision-making.
Nice to have
- Background in Information Systems.
- Experience in technical support, help desk, or service desk environments.
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of AD, InTune, JAMF, and M365.
