What you will do

• Process customer orders in SAP while ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Provide accurate information regarding order status, supply availability, and complaint resolution.
• Develop and implement strategies for collaborative forecasting and JIT programs.
• Drive regular logistics review meetings to discuss performance and order coverage.
• Analyze service performance using logistics data, NPS, and customer feedback to implement improvements.
• Coordinate activities to meet customer demands across production, new products, and end-of-life cycles.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Budapest, Hungary.
• Business-related university or college degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or logistics, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate cross-functional environments.

Nice to have

• Fluency in a second language, such as German.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP core modules and workflows.
