Salary: 535,000 - 680,000 HUF gross per month for full-timers

• Support customers, courier partners, and venues via live chat and phone.
• Ensure that delivery operations run smoothly.
• Collaborate with the support team and other internal teams to develop and improve support functions.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (B2+).
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Right to work in Hungary.
• Ability to work fully from the Budapest office.
• Availability to work in shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends (between 9 AM and 1 AM).
• Customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
