Crewing Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate contractor onboarding, hiring, travel arrangements, crew sheets, payroll, and reimbursements
• Build show templates, manage payroll data entry, and handle job postings and bulk hires
• Disseminate accurate information to crewing directors, managers, and other departments
• Manage department systems for contractor hiring (W2/1099), travel, and compliance
• Support general crewing administration including data entry and cross-departmental reporting

Requirements

• Background in live-sports production with familiarity in crewing
• BS/BA degree preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for all management levels
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to build financial spreadsheets in Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent organizational skills, multitasking in fast-paced environment with attention to detail
