What you will do

• Draft, edit, and proofread contracts and agreements for clients.
• Maintain accurate files for licensing agreements, royalties, and sales reports.
• Manage spreadsheets to track licensing processes, renewals, and invoicing.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, expense reports, and travel bookings.
• Support general Atlanta office needs, including mail and supplies distribution.
• Conduct research and compile information for special projects.

Requirements

• 1+ years of administrative support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, and Evernote.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited university.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in a law office or as a paralegal.
