What you will do
- Manage customer records, opportunities, forecasts, and leads within Salesforce.
- Handle financial operations, including issuing quotes, generating purchase orders, creating invoices, and tracking payments.
- Coordinate NDAs, partnership agreements, and terms of sale between customers and the internal legal team.
- Manage procurement of goods and credit card expenses in alignment with finance policies.
- Oversee shipping logistics for products between HQ, the US office, and customer sites.
- Maintain office operations, including utility payments, facility maintenance, and new hire onboarding.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in office management, sales operations, administrative assistance, or bookkeeping.
- Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card Holder.
- On-site presence required at least 3 days per week in Santa Clara, CA.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
