What you will do

• Serve as texting lead for clients: craft strategies, manage relationships, and collaborate across teams
• Manage 3-4 direct reports: conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, onboarding, and professional development
• Handle financial management: forecasting, reporting, invoicing, and ensuring program scalability
• Develop and execute list growth, mobile acquisition, and media plans; monitor performance and manage vendors
• Ensure rapid response capacity, review execution, and coach staff on decision-making
• Pitch clients, upsell services, assist hiring, and create processes/training materials

Requirements

• 4+ years in texting, digital fundraising, or related; 1-2 years P2P/broadcast texting required
• Strong people management skills or readiness to manage; experience guiding juniors
• Excellent copywriting/editing across send types; train reports on voice/tone
• Deep digital fundraising knowledge: theory of change, ask structure, urgency
• Analytical/forecasting skills; build projections, adjust based on data
• Expert in Switchboard, texting platforms; ActBlue, CRMs (ActionKit, etc.) required
• AirTable, Looker Studio, Google Sheets proficiency required
• Media planning, vendor management; handle high-stakes client talks
