What you will do

• Partner with clients to develop strategies accelerating business growth and expand engagements via new channels and services.
• Lead strategic pitch work, renewals, and client growth planning.
• Translate business objectives into insight-driven communication and media strategies rooted in consumer truth.
• Conduct research on competitive landscape, audience behavior, and trends.
• Collaborate with media, creative, analytics, and activation teams on channel mix, audience strategy, and performance optimization.
• Support sales with insights during discovery, pitches, and onboarding; act as trusted advisor and mentor.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of digital marketing experience with track record in strategic planning and client leadership
• Expertise across digital channels and platforms
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with media, creative, analytics, and sales teams
• Data fluency for informed strategic decisions
• Resourcefulness, curiosity, and proactive mindset
