Location: Remote, US
Salary: $117,260 - $140,712 a year

What you will do
- Develop and maintain messaging and positioning for brand, programs, and solutions across audience segments.
- Lead corporate marketing including brand features, storytelling, competitive analysis, and go-to-market plans for initiatives.
- Conduct audience research, refine personas, and map user journeys to inform strategies.
- Collaborate on website and content to maximize brand impact and differentiation.
- Manage brand standards, external communications, PR, and media opportunities.
- Oversee agencies and vendors, track metrics, and ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's in marketing/communications a plus.
- 12-15+ years in marketing leadership with focus on messaging, product/solutions marketing, and storytelling.
- Working knowledge of electric vehicle space required; fleet industry familiarity a plus.
- Exceptional written/verbal communication to simplify complex concepts.
- Proven brand messaging, value propositions, and personas development.
- Strong project management and process skills.
