What you will do

• Lead the requirements process across discovery, design, and development for complex healthcare projects.
• Translate business needs into clear, traceable, and sprint-ready requirements.
• Collaborate with UX and engineering teams to shape scalable patient-facing platforms.
• Manage multi-stakeholder environments, including clinical, technical, and executive teams.
• Define integrations across CMS, martech platforms, and EHR systems such as Epic.
• Mentor junior and senior BAs and contribute to business development and practice frameworks.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading BA work in complex digital environments, preferably within healthcare.
• Strong understanding of health systems, EHR platforms (e.g., Epic), and regulatory environments.
• Experience with CMS-driven solutions and component-based architectures.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for client-facing engagements.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Professional license is required for candidates holding a degree in Engineering.
