What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership to co-develop technology strategies and a multi-year IT roadmap.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the enterprise SaaS portfolio, including evaluation, procurement, renewal, and optimization.
• Act as the primary on-site technology advisor and bridge between business stakeholders and the offshore IT support team.
• Ensure software and systems comply with data protection, security, and licensing obligations.
• Provide hands-on technical support for office infrastructure, AV equipment, and new starter onboarding.

Requirements

• Experience in an IT Business Partner, IT Manager, or senior technology generalist role.
• Strong expertise in SaaS platform management and software license optimization.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable IT solutions.
• Comfortable operating hands-on in a small company environment to resolve practical IT issues.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage a varied workload independently.

Nice to have

• Experience managing or coordinating offshore or outsourced IT support functions.
• Familiarity with ITIL governance frameworks.
• Experience with software procurement and vendor negotiation.
• Exposure to cyber security principles and data protection obligations (e.g., UK GDPR).
