What you will do

• Engage with customers to understand their workflows and capture, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications, user stories, and supporting documentation.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize requirements, and support release planning.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and delivery teams to ensure successful product outcomes and review test plans.
• Produce high-quality solution designs, product guides, and ensure clear communication of updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving internal processes, tools, and stay current with health IT industry trends.

Requirements

• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working in product, technology, or software delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
