What you will do

• Analyze and report on key operational metrics and performance trends for the doula business line.
• Identify and implement critical process improvements to drive operational efficiency based on data insights.
• Manage end-to-end operations for new plan launches, including SOP development and clinical team capacity planning.
• Lead operational projects to improve care delivery and use analytical rigor to assess project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Revenue Cycle Management, Accounting, Strategic Finance, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a strategic analytical role, preferably in consulting, finance, or a high-growth startup.
• 3+ years of experience performing complex data analysis and creating visualizations using Excel, Metabase, or Looker.
• Demonstrated ability to build flexible forecasting models to inform business strategy.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proactive problem-solver comfortable navigating ambiguity and leveraging AI tools for efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL.
• Background in healthcare or health tech.
