What you will do

• Coordinate with external physician offices to request, obtain, and follow up on required medical records.
• Process incoming external referrals to ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
• Communicate directly with patients to verify clinical providers and guide them through the intake process.
• Manage daily internal referral requests to Carda physicians for eligibility determination.
• Maintain organized, HIPAA-compliant records of all communications and referrals.
• Identify and address documentation gaps or workflow delays to ensure a seamless patient onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Philippines.
• Previous administrative or healthcare coordination experience.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare workflows.
• Professional, clear, and courteous communication skills for interacting with physicians and patients.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple patient cases simultaneously with unwavering attention to detail.
