What you will do

• Manage portfolio of small and mid-sized partners as primary contact, building relationships and delivering high-quality experience.
• Lead execution of partnership deliverables, contractual obligations, and renewals while coordinating across teams and timelines.
• Monitor contractual health, flag risks, and support partner satisfaction.
• Build scalable systems, workflows, and operations to support high-volume partners.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline processes, organize data, and improve team efficiency.
• Contribute to department OKRs through execution, alignment, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in partnerships, live events, production, media, or operations.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and people skills.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented with ownership and accountability.
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI tools.
• Operate in ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and use data for decisions.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with contractual language, live streaming, production, or sales.
• Proficiency with AI tools, data analytics, Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace.
