What you will do

  • Take full ownership of regional business plan to deliver new business targets and maximise adviser engagement.
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships with financial advisers and firms through structured, data-led approach.
  • Collaborate with national sales team to deliver consistent regional performance.
  • Promote full range of investment solutions including MPS, passive funds, and platform features.
  • Deliver presentations, seminars, and technical sessions to showcase proposition.
  • Oversee onboarding of new firms and maintain relationships with key partners.

Requirements

  • Proven success in field-based sales or business development in investment platforms or financial services.
  • Strong network of IFA and adviser firm relationships in the region.
  • In-depth understanding of platform propositions, SIPP, and investment solutions.
  • Excellent planning, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
  • Familiarity with hirify.global’s platform, Bulk Dealing, and Model Portfolios.
