What you will do

• Develop and maintain cross-program reports and Jira dashboards to provide visibility into KPIs, risks, and progress.
• Administer program management tooling, specifically configuring Jira workflows, custom fields, and data structures.
• Implement and ensure adherence to program governance and Agile principles across technical programs.
• Facilitate information flow between Program Managers, Product Owners, Engineering leads, and the Chief of Staff office.
• Support financial collation, including budget tracking, expenditure reporting, and forecasting for executive reviews.
• Onboard and train team members on tooling and best practices to ensure consistent data entry.

Requirements

• STEM degree and equivalent practical experience in project management.
• 4+ years of technical delivery experience.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional technical teams and communicate complex technical solutions.
• Experience in requirements analysis, product roadmap translation, and program strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Must be located in or able to work from the London office.

Nice to have

• Program management qualification or equivalent practical experience in PMO/program operations.
• Strong technical foundation in software delivery and reporting/data tooling.
• Advanced experience building Jira configurations and governance reporting.
