What you will do

• Own end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Align the platform to customer accounting workflows and financial reporting needs.
• Configure the platform based on customer chart of accounts and operational requirements.
• Manage data migration from source systems (ERP, GL, spreadsheets) and ensure data accuracy.
• Lead testing and validation of financial workflows and reporting outputs.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to resolve technical challenges.

Requirements

• Professional background in accounting or finance.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, or Oracle.
• Proven experience leading software implementations or complex system rollouts.
• Proficiency in handling financial data migration and system configuration.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with finance stakeholders and technical teams.
• Location: Must be based in London and work from the office 5 days a week
