What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through to a win/loss decision.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies for complex bid submissions.
• Create tailored proposals and pitch decks in collaboration with Product Marketing and Design teams.
• Establish win themes and value propositions to ensure competitive and persuasive content.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to gather technical information.
• Conduct post-bid analysis to identify areas for improvement and enhance future strategies.

Requirements

• Proven track record of coordinating and winning complex bids.
• Strong project management skills or professional certifications in bid management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for building strong internal relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
