What you will do

  • Develop and own monthly and quarterly business development plans to achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and prospect Fortune 500 companies, scale-up founders, and government agencies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and solutioning to closing new and existing partners.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Growth team to implement winning go-to-market strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of hirify.global's global expansion strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven B2B sales success, preferably within tech or event industries.
  • Experience working in high-growth or scale-up environments with a track record of hitting KPIs.
  • Proficiency in managing pipelines and forecasting using CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Dublin.
