What you will do
- Develop and own monthly and quarterly business development plans to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect Fortune 500 companies, scale-up founders, and government agencies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and solutioning to closing new and existing partners.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Growth team to implement winning go-to-market strategies.
- Contribute to the development of 's global expansion strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales success, preferably within tech or event industries.
- Experience working in high-growth or scale-up environments with a track record of hitting KPIs.
- Proficiency in managing pipelines and forecasting using CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot.
- Ability to navigate complex sales environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Dublin.
