What you will do

• Own end-to-end launch success of new enterprise partnerships from deal close to first transaction.
• Lead joint planning with partner product, engineering, and GTM stakeholders to align on milestones and success criteria.
• Manage the full operating cadence, including QBRs, business reviews, and success dashboards.
• Hire, develop, and scale a team of strategic account leaders to support multi-vertical ambitions.
• Develop a repeatable, scalable launch and growth playbook based on operational data.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years in partnerships, strategic accounts, or management consulting.
• Proven experience managing complex external relationships and senior partner stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial instincts with analytical rigor for modeling unit economics and optimizing funnels.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be based in New York or eligible for relocation to the US.
