What you will do
- Drive commercial strategy and execution for acquiring key enterprise merchant clients
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitch to negotiation and contract closure
- Build and manage a strong, scalable pipeline aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Act as primary contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring top-tier service and strategic alignment
- Lead onboarding and early-stage integration of new clients with technical and operational teams
- Provide client and market insights to product, marketing, and leadership teams
- Represent the company at industry events to build visibility and thought leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years in B2B sales, with 5+ years in payments sector
- Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally in payments or financial services, with experience selling to online gambling and/or financial services merchants
- Experience with mid-market to enterprise financial institutions and/or online gambling companies, including regulatory and risk frameworks
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to build senior-level client relationships
- Excellent communicator confident with C-suite audiences
- Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce, sales reporting, and pipeline management
