What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial finance introducers within the West Midlands region.
  • Originate and deliver commercial mortgage lending, ensuring high service standards.
  • Manage the end-to-end application process from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Collaborate with internal bank departments to provide a seamless professional service.
  • Execute the territory Business Plan to achieve targeted lending volumes.
  • Support lending applications in alignment with the Bank's Credit Policy and Appetite.

Requirements

  • Proven career progression in business development within the commercial mortgage broker market.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property lending and banking products for SME businesses.
  • Ability to structure commercial mortgage proposals and write professional credit applications.
  • Experience analyzing business fundamentals, financial accounts, and cashflows.
  • Ability to operate and manage relationships within the West Midlands region.
  • Track record of generating lending income while effectively managing credit risk.
