What you will do

• Manage portfolio of critical IT suppliers and lead relationships with key vendors like Microsoft and AWS
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and supplier leadership
• Ensure compliance with SRM policies and oversee contract performance against SLAs
• Support change programs to improve supplier and organizational performance
• Collaborate on contract negotiations and renewals for optimal commercial outcomes
• Lead resolution of contractual disputes to minimize cost and operational impact

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT supplier relationship management, category or vendor management
• Hands-on experience managing suppliers like Microsoft and AWS
• Strong commercial acumen, contracts understanding, and financial services context
• Excellent communication, influencing, and networking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and strong analytical skills
• Flexible, adaptable, with strong organizational skills for multiple priorities
