TL;DR

hirify.global is a B Corp dog food subscription company that creates tailored nutrition recipes for dogs.

What you will do

  • Develop and lead category strategies for kibble, wet food, treats, and packaging using Nestle's sourcing frameworks.
  • Manage supplier performance through KPIs and regular reviews to drive corrective actions and alignment.
  • Lead RFP/RFQ tenders and competitive bidding processes to support growth, innovation, and sustainability.
  • Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving initiatives and manage commodity reviews.
  • Build and maintain business continuity plans and validate contingency sites for high-impact SKUs.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with testing standards and ESG codes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement and strategic sourcing.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings and value creation.
  • Proficiency with Excel and experience managing large, complex datasets.
  • Experience in setting up and negotiating contracts with familiarity with contract law.
  • Bachelor's degree or similar is desirable.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Richmond HQ.

Nice to have

  • CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) qualifications.
