What you will do

  • Provide strategic leadership on UK education policy across the organization.
  • Shape and deliver rights-based policy influencing strategies, research, and analysis.
  • Lead advocacy-oriented research to support policy goals.
  • Collaborate closely with campaigns and political affairs teams to influence the UK Government.
  • Drive initiatives specifically focused on early childhood learning and development.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in UK education policy.
  • Proven experience leading advocacy-oriented research.
  • Demonstrated history of successfully influencing the UK Government.
  • Strong understanding of UK policy-making processes.
  • Strong commitment to children’s rights.
  • Must be based in London for hybrid work (part home/part office).
