What you will do

• Develop a robust consulting methodology based on the hirify.global Maturity Model to drive measurable behavioral change.
• Architect the consulting function by defining the service catalog and operationalizing the delivery model.
• Lead high-stakes customer engagements and strategic advisory sessions for key enterprise accounts as a player-coach.
• Mentor, coach, and inspire a professional services team to maintain high standards of excellence.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to optimize services based on real-world application and customer value.
• Align consulting services with commercial goals to enhance customer retention and expansion.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Security Consulting, Risk Management, or cybersecurity leadership.
• Proven track record of advising enterprise-level organizations on their security posture.
• Ability to translate conceptual frameworks into structured, repeatable service catalogs and methodologies.
• Executive presence and communication skills to build credibility with CISOs and Board members.
• Deep understanding of human risk and behavioral science focused on measurable risk reduction.
• Experience recruiting and managing professional services functions, ideally within a SaaS environment.
