Lead IG Consultant (Conflicts and Intake)

What you will do

• Consult with law firms on Conflicts and Intake policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Implement Intapp solutions including Intake, Conflicts, Walls, Flow, Terms, and Time.
• Support business development and pre-sales efforts as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Develop thought leadership content regarding Conflicts, Intake, and Outside Counsel Guidelines.
• Collaborate with Intapp to stay current on product roadmaps and support client projects.
• Prepare technical proposals, implementation plans, and client presentations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in-house at a law firm in conflicts/intake or as a consultant focusing on these areas.
• Proven track record of successful client delivery using Intapp products.
• Strong business process analysis skills tailored to law firm structures and culture.
• Experience in pre-sales, including understanding buyer profiles and professional client communication.
• Ability to manage a billable hour quota.
• Experience working with large law firms in the US and/or UK.
