TL;DR

Pitch Strategy Lead: Maximise the impact of the CEO in client and commercial settings through end-to-end orchestration of CEO-led client engagements, including pipeline visibility, meeting preparation, narrative and deck development, and follow-through. Focus on developing compelling client presentations and pitch decks, translating complex ideas into stories, and ensuring structured, outcome-driven meetings.

Location: London (Hybrid – minimum 3 days onsite)

What you will do

  • Own forward planning of all CEO client interactions, aligning with sales pipeline and strategic priorities
  • Maintain visibility of key opportunities and accounts, identifying where CEO involvement accelerates revenue
  • Develop client presentations, pitch decks, and narratives, translating complex ideas into compelling stories
  • Coordinate meeting objectives, attendees, and materials, ensuring structured and outcome-driven meetings
  • Prepare high-quality briefing packs with insights on clients, opportunities, and risks
  • Track post-meeting actions, ensure execution, and maintain momentum on opportunities
  • Connect Sales, Strategy, and Client teams for alignment and readiness
  • Elevate quality of client materials and establish best practices for CEO interactions

Requirements

  • 3+ years in strategy, consulting, or advertising agency roles, MBA preferred
  • Advertising agency experience preferred
  • Strong experience in pitch development and storytelling
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of revenue drivers
  • Advanced PowerPoint and communication skills
  • Commercially minded, structured thinker, strong storyteller
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, confident with senior stakeholders
