TL;DR

What you will do

  • Conduct end-to-end business analysis and design of content lifecycle management.
  • Design and implement Document Management Systems, specializing in NetDocuments and other leading deployments.
  • Evaluate existing DMS implementations to develop recommendations for problem resolution, enhancement, and tuning.
  • Develop and manage complex multi-year project plans, implementation timelines, and application distribution schedules.
  • Define and implement best practices for the DMS practice group.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and CIO Roundtables, and author white papers for industry publications.

Requirements

  • Substantial law firm and law firm consulting experience.
  • 7+ years of experience with complex, large-scale implementations and product rollouts.
  • 5+ years of consulting in the Legal Vertical with a track record of leading MCC projects.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server databases.
  • 2+ years of experience in the integration of desktop applications with DMS.
  • Proven track record of speaking and writing on law firm DMS issues, including at conferences such as ILTA.
