What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout the post-sales lifecycle to ensure seamless partnership.
  • Guide clients through the deployment, scaling, and maturation of AI-powered CX programs.
  • Serve as a technical consultant for integrations, data flows, and system architecture across SaaS and API environments.
  • Optimize AI Agent performance through transcript reviews, data analysis, and implementation of best practices.
  • Track and report success metrics including Automated Resolution Rate, CSAT, and ROI to demonstrate business impact.
  • Facilitate a feedback loop between clients and internal teams to drive platform enhancements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, or post-sales technical consulting, preferably in SaaS, CX, or AI.
  • Experience managing enterprise or mid-market clients and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong technical aptitude with APIs, integrations, and system configurations.
  • Analytical ability to interpret performance data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
