What you will do
- Define and execute the North America growth strategy across various channels and partners.
- Build and lead the US team, hiring for gaps and setting operational standards.
- Own the P&L, managing budgets and targets while maintaining brand integrity.
- Identify and close partnerships to expand distribution and commercial scale.
- Translate community engagement and cultural relevance into revenue growth.
- Drive retail and channel expansion beyond the current DTC and Amazon footprint.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully opening new markets, channels, or commercial moments.
- Experience building early-stage commercial operations with direct accountability for revenue.
- Strong instinct for creating demand through cultural relevance and brand positioning.
- Ability to operate effectively within ambiguous environments and with limited resources.
- Experience in hiring and leading teams from the ground up.
- Background in consumer hardware, audio, wearables, or a lifestyle brand.
- Location: Must be based in San Francisco
